About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer to join our blockchain engineering team. This hybrid role will focus on designing, deploying, and maintaining infrastructure that powers our blockchain platforms, while also ensuring reliable and efficient CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in both system operations and cloud-native infrastructure, with a passion for automation, optimization, and high availability.

Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure for blockchain services.
- Manage and optimize core services such as Linux servers, Nginx, Redis, MySQL, and Git repositories.
- Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure proactive detection and resolution of issues.
- Maintain and optimize deployment strategies to ensure zero-downtime releases.
- Work closely with developers and blockchain engineers to streamline development workflows and infrastructure provisioning.
- Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and cost optimization for cloud resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years related experience, majoring in computer science, engineering, Information Systems or other related majors.
- Strong experience in Linux system administration.
- Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Proven experience with AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, EKS, ECR.
- Hands-on experience with Nginx, Redis, MySQL, Git, and other deployment/monitoring tools.
- Experience in high-availability, distributed systems, preferably in blockchain or e-commerce industries.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
