Job Title: DevOps Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Manager to lead and grow our DevOps function. The ideal candidate will have 12–15 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud platforms, and team leadership. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, operational oversight, and strategic planning, with strong focus on multi-cloud environments, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
● Mentor and guide the DevOps team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
● Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and drive professional development.
● Allocate team resources effectively to meet project deadlines and SLA commitments.
Operational Oversight
● Oversee the management of Kubernetes clusters across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
● Monitor and maintain key subsystems such as Keycloak, Elasticsearch, Istio, Kafka, Redis, microservices, Argo Workflows, and Flowable.
● Lead incident management and response efforts, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
Development & Automation
● Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline and automate software deployment.
● Manage infrastructure as code using Kustomize, Helm Charts, and other IaC tools for scalable and reproducible environments.
● Develop automation scripts to optimize routine DevOps operations and improve efficiency.
Strategic Planning
● Define and implement a multi-cloud strategy aligned with business objectives.
Monitor cloud utilization and implement cost optimization measures without impacting performance.
● Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and practices to ensure the organization stays ahead technologically.
Collaboration & Communication
● Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and
priorities.
● Act as a key point of contact for stakeholder communication, providing updates on progress, risks, and
improvement opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
● 12–15 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role.
● Proven expertise in managing Kubernetes clusters and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
● Strong hands-on knowledge of Keycloak, Elasticsearch, Istio, Kafka, Redis, CI/CD, Argo Workflows, and Flowable.
● Experience with IaC tools such as Helm, Kustomize, Terraform, or equivalent.
● Solid scripting and automation experience (Python, Bash, or similar).
● Strong problem-solving and incident management skills.
● Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
