Infrastructure Engineer
Duration: 1 year contract
Location: Des Moines, IA (Hybrid - 3 days a week)

Must-have skills
IAC (Terraform/CDK), IAM, security groups.
Containerization (Docker), orchestration (ECS/Fargate or EKS).
CI/CD (GitHub Actions), environments (dev/stage/prod), artifact mgmt.
Storage: Postgres with pgvector (preferred) or managed vector alternative.
Observability: CloudWatch/OpenTelemetry, structured logging, tracing.
Auth: OIDC with your internal IdP/API gateway. (familiar with Okta and Entra)
Primary responsibilities
Stand up AWS foundations, secrets, environment promotion.
Operationalize webhooks from GitHub to indexer.
Logging/metrics/alerts; cost controls and runbooks.
Performance baselines and load testing harness.
