Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and skilled
DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
In this role, you will work closely with engineering, QA, and security teams to ensure seamless deployments, high system reliability, and strong automation practices. You will contribute to building resilient Kubernetes environments, improving observability, and strengthening the organization's DevOps maturity.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure & Kubernetes Management
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters across development, staging, and production environments.
- Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Support high availability, scalability, and reliability of cloud infrastructure.
- CI/CD & Automation
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or similar tools.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Monitoring & Reliability
- Set up and maintain monitoring and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, or equivalent tools.
- Monitor application performance, system health, and infrastructure metrics.
- Support incident management and participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues.
- Cloud & Performance Optimization
- Manage infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Assist in cost optimization and performance tuning initiatives.
- Support scaling efforts and capacity planning.
- Security & Compliance
- Implement DevSecOps practices including secrets management, IAM policies, and secure configurations.
- Support security best practices across CI/CD and cloud environments.
- Assist in compliance and audit requirements where applicable.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with developers to streamline deployment processes and environment setup.
- Contribute to improving DevOps standards, documentation, and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging DevOps tools and industry trends.
Current Challenges
- Ensuring reliable and repeatable deployments across multiple environments.
- Reducing production incidents through better observability and automation.

Qualifications & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc.).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Basic understanding of networking, security, and monitoring concepts.
- Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
