We’re looking for a Cloud & DevOps Engineer to help us scale, secure, and streamline our cloud infrastructure and customer deployments.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced startup environment, you’ll design, build, automate, and deploy. If you enjoy owning systems end-to-end and working across AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and customer environments, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Support and improve customer cloud deployments (AWS and/or Azure)
• Design and implement Kubernetes deployment strategies
• Manage containerized applications and cluster configurations
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve release processes
• Work directly with customers during deployment and troubleshooting
• Support both Cloud Architecture and DevOps initiatives
• Contribute to operational excellence in a startup environment
Must-Have Experience
• 3+ years in Cloud / DevOps / Platform Engineering roles
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure
• Strong experience with cloud networking
• Experience with HA/DR architecture and scaling
• Strong experience with Kubernetes (K8s)
• Experience with Docker / containerization
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, etc.)
• CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
• Experience supporting customer-facing deployments
• Ability to read and understand application code (Java, Python, TypeScript, Go, etc.)
Nice to Have
• Experience with Information Security & Compliance (SOC2, security controls)
• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 security stack (Intune, Defender, Purview)
• Familiarity with Postgres or other databases
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Cloudwatch or other observability stack
• Helm, Kustomize, or other Kubernetes templating tools
• Familiarity with Spark, Airflow, Kafka, and other ETL pipelines/tools
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, CKA, etc.)
• Linux/Unix systems administration experience
• Experience working in regulated environments (FinTech, Healthcare, etc.)
