About the Role
This is a hands-on cloud systems engineering position with a strong emphasis on AWS and a growing Azure presence.
- Own AWS environment management and resource allocation.
- Build and manage CloudFormation templates.
- Support infrastructure provisioning and automation initiatives.
- Manage core AWS services including VPCs, EC2, S3, and connectivity.
- Contribute to cloud migration efforts from on-prem to cloud.
- Support limited on-prem infrastructure (Windows & Linux servers).
- Partner with senior IT leadership to present architecture proposals and cloud strategy.
Required:
- Strong AWS experience (infrastructure management, automation, provisioning)
- Experience with VPCs, EC2, S3, and AWS networking/connectivity
- Terraform scripting and infrastructure-as-code experience
- Strong Windows and/or Linux server OS-level knowledge
- Ability to design and present cloud architecture solutions to leadership
Preferred:
- Azure experience (nice to have, growing footprint)
- Exposure to enterprise cloud migrations
