Job Description :-
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with 6-8 yrs of experience to design, implement, and operate scalable CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and cloud-native platforms. This role focuses on automating build, release, and infrastructure provisioning processes while enabling reliable, secure, and observable deployments across Kubernetes-based environments. The engineer will work closely with application, platform, and security teams to improve delivery velocity, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform to provision and manage cloud and platform resources.
- Operate and optimize Kubernetes clusters for scalable, resilient application workloads.
- Package, deploy, and manage applications using Helm charts across environments.
- Implement GitOps practices to manage infrastructure and application deployments through version-controlled repositories.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management to reduce manual effort and errors.
- Collaborate with development teams to standardize deployment patterns and platform capabilities.
- Ensure platform reliability, availability, and performance through monitoring, alerting, and operational best practices.
- Continuously improve DevOps tooling, pipelines, and automation frameworks.
Technical Skills:
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, AWS Codepipeline
- Kubernetes: Cluster operations, workload deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting
- Helm: Application packaging, templating, and release management
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform (primary), CloudFormation
- GitOps: Argo CD, Flux, or similar GitOps-based deployment models
- Cloud Platforms: AWS fundamentals
- Containers: Docker and container lifecycle management
- Observability: Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry
- Scripting (Good-to-have): Bash, Python
- Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Kiro or other similar AI-assisted development platforms/tools.
