We are seeking a proactive, technically strong SysOps & DevOps Engineer to manage, automate, and optimize our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, scalability, and performance of our systems while driving automation and operational excellence across environments.
This role requires hands-on expertise in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and high availability
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
- Manage containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Implement security best practices across the infrastructure
- Handle backup, disaster recovery, and failover strategies
- Collaborate with development teams for release planning and deployments
- Maintain documentation of system architecture and processes
Required Technical Skills
- Cloud Infrastructure
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
- Experience with EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Load Balancers, Auto Scaling
- Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls)
- CI/CD & Automation
- Experience with Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Azure DevOps
- Building automated deployment pipelines
- Version control using Git
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Hands-on experience with Terraform / CloudFormation / ARM templates
- Automating infrastructure provisioning
- Containerization & Orchestration
- Strong knowledge of Docker
- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE preferred)
- Monitoring & Logging
- Experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch
- Incident management and root cause analysis

- Experience in microservices architecture
- Exposure to security compliance standards
- Experience with Linux system administration
- Basic scripting (Bash / Python)

Education
