Role Overview
We are looking for a DevOps Field Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring smooth, scalable, and secure delivery of our applications. The ideal candidate is experienced in deploying solutions on customer data centers, designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, optimizing cloud infrastructure, and enhancing overall system reliability.
A Day In Your Role Will Involve
- On ground deployment support for on-prem deployments in customer data centers including provisioning and configuring services
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring reliability, availability, and scalability
- Troubleshooting and resolving system and application issues
- Collaborating with development and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate application build, test, and deployment processes
- Managing cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), including provisioning and configuring services
- Writing and maintaining infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Implementing and managing security protocols to safeguard systems and data
- Conducting performance tuning and capacity planning for critical infrastructure components
- Continuously improving system monitoring and alerting mechanisms using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog

About You
You are a driven, solution-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Here are the key traits and skills were looking for :
- Proficiency with linux OS and deploying application stacks natively as well using docker
- Proficiency with LAMP stack deployment
- Proficiency in MERN stack deployment
- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker
- Expertise in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, and load balancing
- Experience with on-premise networking for IoT and server deployments, including protocols like NTP, UDP, and TCP.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk
- Experience in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
- Knowledge of database management and optimization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MERN and LAMP stack as well as Linux and shell scripting
- Knowledge of security best practices and tools for DevOps pipelines.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
