We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive the implementation and scaling of DevSecOps practices across the organization. This role will lead the design and management of secure CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure automation, and containerized deployments in AWS environments. The engineer will collaborate closely with development, security, and infrastructure teams to embed security, automation, and continuous delivery throughout the software development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of DevOps experience, strong expertise in AWS, Terraform, Docker/Kubernetes (EKS), CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins, and scripting with Python, PowerShell, or Bash, along with experience integrating security tools like SonarQube or Checkmarx. Leadership experience mentoring teams and driving enterprise DevSecOps adoption in Agile environments is highly preferred.
