Job Description
One of our property and casualty insurance customers is looking for 2 Lead AWS Cloud Solutions Engineers to support the D&S Transformation efforts (D&S = Distribution Sales and Services is going through a multi-year multi-million dollar transformation). Must sit onsite in Plano or San Antonio. Needs strong AWS cloud experience with java and AI. Solutioning epics within D&S space. There are 25 new capabilities within D&S transformation – some work on policy modernization/claims mod but a lot more on contact center and virtual agent, billing bots etc. They are still going through the RFE to determine which contact center platform
They will create high level designs, pocs, be hands on, mostly these two creating pocs and design and maybe some roadmaps and strategic thinking. Ie., they have old systems – do research and collaboration to understand what they are currently doing and design something better.
Development team tech stack is:
Java, Springboot, API, Microservices,
Kafka -messaging
Containers - docker, kubernetes, openshift, linux
CI/CD- Github, Gitlab
Front end - react/redux nodejs, angularjs
***P&C knowledge highly desired from any insurance company
