Cloud DevOps Engineer
Direct Hire/Fulltime Position
Designs, builds, and maintains large-scale cloud infrastructure on
Amazon Web Services (AWS) supporting production platforms serving millions of users across multiple environments (development, integration, QA, performance, and production).
- Cloud Infrastructure Design & Management: Architects and provisions AWS cloud resources including compute, networking, storage, databases, messaging, and security services using Infrastructure as Code (laC) principles
- Infrastructure as Code: Authors configuration-driven infrastructure definitions using AWS CDK and CloudFormation, applying templating and abstraction patterns to ensure consistency and repeatability across all environments
- Container Orchestration & Microservices: Deploys and manages containerized microservices at scale using Kubernetes and Helm, maintaining 150+ application deployments across environments
- Networking & Security Architecture: Designs VPC-level network topology, load balancing, DNS routing, SSL/TLS certificate management, Web Application Firewall (WAF) rules, IAM policies, KMS encryption, and secrets management
- Data & Messaging Pipelines: Provisions and maintains real-time streaming infrastructure using Apache Kafka (MSK and Amazon Kinesis, integrating with data processing services such as AWS Glue and DynamoDB
- Serverless & API Architecture: Deploys and manages AWS Lambda functions, API Gateway endpoints, Cognito authentication, and CloudFront CDN distributions
- Observability & Reliability: Implements end-to-end monitoring using CloudWatch, distributed tracing with AWS X-Ray (OpenTelemetry, log aggregation pipelines, and cost governance through tagging policies
- CI/CD & Release Engineering: Maintains multi-stage release pipelines using Jenkins and GitOps practices, ensuring safe and repeatable deployments from development through production
- Al/ML Cloud Infrastructure Provisions and manages AWS Bedrock infrastructure to support Al/ML capabilities within the platform
