Title: Cloud Support Engineer

Mandatory Skills:

Role Description / Skills:
- Strong understanding of cloud computing fundamentals (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency with Linux/Windows system administration, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) is a plus.
- Support, configure, and troubleshoot cloud services on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Configure and optimize cloud resources (e.g., VPC, IAM, Auto Scaling).
- Implement and enforce security configurations, access controls, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
