Job Title: DevOps Engineer
Job Description
This manager is looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer with early‑career DevOps experience or a software engineering background and familiarity with DevOps tooling and operations. This is a great opportunity for a junior‑level candidate who is eager to learn, take on new challenges, and continue developing as a DevOps Engineer. Applicants must be a sole U.S. citizen due to the nature of work supporting the U.S. Government. This role is not open to GC Holder or Sponsorship candidates
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS technologies such as ECR, EKS, S3, and Networking.
- Utilize Terraform and Kubernetes to ensure scalable and reliable infrastructure management.
- Develop and execute programming and scripting tasks, with a preference for Python, to support infrastructure automation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address organizational and technical challenges.
- Solve complex problems to ensure smooth operations of cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or software development roles.
- Proficiency in AWS technologies, including ECR, EKS, S3, and Networking.
- Strong skills in Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Experience in programming and scripting, with a preference for Python.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Ansible to manage Kubernetes workloads and configuration automation.
- Familiarity with government-related IT policies, frameworks, or regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of additional cloud infrastructure tools and best practices.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $149760.00/hr.
