About The Opportunity
A growing organisation in the HR Tech & Recruitment Services sector building cloud-native platforms and automation to streamline talent acquisition and workforce management. We are hiring an on-site DevOps Engineer in India to own infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and production reliability for mission-critical services. This role is ideal for hands-on engineers who thrive on automation, security, and high-availability systems.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, provision, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code to ensure repeatable, secure, and cost-efficient deployments.
- Build and operate CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and release workflows; reduce time-to-deploy and enable safe frequent releases.
- Containerise applications and manage container orchestration platforms; maintain cluster health, upgrades, and deployment strategies.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting; author runbooks and lead incident response and postmortems to improve reliability.
- Automate configuration management, deployments, and environment provisioning to minimise manual intervention and drift.
- Collaborate with developers and security teams to enforce best practices around scalability, secrets management, and production hardening.
