Must have AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional OR AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional
10+ years of experience supporting enterprise systems
6+ years of hands-on AWS experience in development or administration
3+ years of experience with AWS core services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and Lambda)
3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect and/or contact center technologies
3+ years of experience integrating APIs, serverless functions, and cloud-native services
3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation
3+ years of experience with security best practices, logging, and monitoring in AWS
3+ years of experience with scripting (Python, Bash, or equivalent)
