Job Summary
The Cloud Solution Engineer will design and implement operational requirements for migrating applications to container platforms such as OpenShift collaborating with development architecture and cloud platform teams
Job Description
·Responsible for designing and supporting the operational requirements for migrating applications to container platforms primarily OpenShift
·Collaborate with Development Architecture and AWS Azure GCP platform teams to analyze application requirements
·Support the onboarding of missioncritical applications onto container platforms
·Must have experience as a solution architect with AWS Azure or GCP Experience with Terraform and DevOps practices is preferred
·Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and related parameters
·Minimum qualification bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems with 10 years of relevant experience
·Masters Degree with equivalent experience
Roles and Responsibilities
·Design and implement container platform solutions to support application migration
·Interface with cross functional teams including Development Architecture and cloud platform teams to gather and analyze requirements
·Ensure smooth onboarding and deployment of mission critical applications on container platforms
·Utilize cloud solution architecture expertise to optimize application infrastructure Apply Terraform and DevOps methodologies to automate and streamline deployment processes
·Monitor and troubleshoot Linux systems to maintain platform stability and performance Provide technical guidance and support throughout the application migration lifecycle
