Compensation Range: $130,000-$150,000 base + bonus
Job Description:
Lead the design and implementation of scalable cloud infrastructure to support AI and data platform initiatives in a client-facing environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Design and build AI infrastructure within AWS
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
Research and recommend scalable architecture and tooling solutions
Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams on infrastructure strategy
Delegate development tasks to offshore team members and oversee delivery
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
Ensure security, scalability, and performance of cloud environments
Balance hands-on engineering (50%) with planning, design, and research (50%)
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
6-10 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering
Strong hands-on AWS experience
Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines
Containerization experience (Docker, orchestration tools)
Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and IAM
Proven ability to build scalable infrastructure and pipelines
Client-facing communication and stakeholder management experience
Ability to work in ambiguous, evolving environments
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure or data platforms
Familiarity with AI tools and workflows
Experience scaling early-stage or non-standardized environments
Prior experience leading or mentoring small offshore teams
