Overview
- We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to support cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
- You will work closely with the development team to ensure smooth deployments, scalability, and system reliability on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Configure and manage cloud services (Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, GKE)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Automate deployment and infrastructure processes
- Monitor system performance and uptime
- Troubleshoot deployment and production issues
- Manage staging and production environments
- Optimize cloud cost and resource usage
- Ensure security and access control (IAM roles)
- Collaborate with developers for faster release cycles
Technical Skills
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins)
- Hands-on experience with Docker (containerization)
- Basic understanding of Kubernetes (GKE preferred)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform – preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Git version control
- Scripting knowledge in Bash / Shell scripting
- Basic knowledge of Python (optional but preferred)
- Understanding of Monitoring tools
- Knowledge of IAM roles and cloud security basics
- Understanding of YAML configuration and deployment files
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Basic understanding of cloud architecture and networking
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and team collaboration
- Willingness to learn and grow in DevOps practices
- Good organizational skills.
