Position Summary:
- The DevOps Engineer bridges the gap between development and operations by automating and streamlining processes.
- This role involves managing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring system reliability, and collaborating with teams to improve software delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance workflows.
- Implement security measures and ensure compliance with standards.
- Document processes and provide training to team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes. Strong scripting and automation skills.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Excellent problem solving and communication abilities.
- Design, deploy, and support hybrid cloud, edge, and micro data center infrastructure
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable software and platform delivery
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code and automated configuration management
- Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows environments
- Deploy and support containerized platforms using Docker, Kubernetes, or K3s
- Maintain networking, segmentation, firewall, VPN, and secure remote access capabilities for lab and infrastructure environments
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices, including IAM, secrets management, vulnerability remediation, and system hardening
- Establish and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational dashboards
- Support resilience of local infrastructure, including backup, recovery, failover, and patching
- Collaborate with software, electrical, lab, cybersecurity, and operations teams to enable secure and efficient innovation workflows
- Support integration of lab, engineering, telemetry, and OT-adjacent systems where required
- Develop technical documentation including runbooks, SOPs, architecture diagrams, and support procedures
