🔹 Job Brief

We are looking for a Senior Cloud / DevOps Engineer with strong, hands-on experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our cloud infrastructure.

While AWS is our primary cloud platform, exposure to Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a strong plus as we move toward a multi-cloud-friendly architecture.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure

Design, deploy, and manage secure, highly available, and scalable AWS infrastructure
Architect systems using AWS best practices and Well-Architected Framework
Support future expansion into Azure and GCP environments

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Own IaC using Terraform (preferred) and/or AWS CloudFormation
Build reusable, modular, and version-controlled infrastructure modules
Review infrastructure code and enforce best practices

CI/CD & Automation

Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or AWS-native tools
Implement automated deployments, rollbacks, and release strategies
Promote DevOps and GitOps practices across teams.

Containers & Orchestration

Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)
Implement Helm charts, auto-scaling, rolling deployments, and blue/green strategies.

Reliability, Monitoring & Incident Management

Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog
Lead incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and post-mortems.

Security & DevSecOps

Implement AWS security best practices across IAM, VPC, KMS, WAF, and secrets management
Integrate security scanning and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines.

Cost Optimization & Governance

Drive AWS cost optimization (FinOps), budgeting, and governance
Implement tagging strategies and cost controls.

Collaboration & Leadership

Collaborate with engineering, QA, security, and product teams
Mentor junior DevOps engineers and lead infrastructure reviews.

🔹 Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)

Cloud Platform

4+ years of hands-on AWS experience in production environments
Strong expertise in VPC, EC2, IAM, S3, RDS/Aurora, EKS, Route 53, CloudFront, and Lambda.

Infrastructure as Code
