About the Role
Brainfogagency LLP is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support infrastructure management, deployment processes, and system reliability. The candidate will work closely with development teams to streamline operations, improve scalability, and maintain high system availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, manage, and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Podman
- Administer and manage Linux environments, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
- Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions such as Loki, Kibana, and Prometheus
- Configure and maintain messaging systems including Kafka and RabbitMQ
- Support CI/CD pipeline setup, optimization, and maintenance
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration processes
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues
- Ensure adherence to security and operational best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or related roles
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Podman
- Strong working knowledge of RHEL or other Linux distributions
- Experience with observability tools including Loki, Kibana, and Prometheus
- Familiarity with Kafka and RabbitMQ
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools
- Basic knowledge of networking and system security
- Scripting experience in Bash or Python
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Valkey or Redis-based systems
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Experience with version control systems such as Git

This is a full-time onsite position based in Andheri, Mumbai.
