🔧 Key Responsibilities
- ⚡ Lead incident management and rapid triage to ensure platform stability
- 🗄️ Perform advanced Redis database administration and optimization
- 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams on NoSQL modernization efforts
- 🤖 Leverage AI tools and LLMs to enhance operations and automation

🧠 Required Skills & Experience
- ✅ Strong hands-on experience with Redis in a NoSQL operations environment
- ✅ Solid Platform SRE / DevOps expertise with Redis
- ✅ Experience with Agentic AI development, including MCP servers
- ✅ Proficiency in Python (building tools/skills for MCP)
- ✅ Proven ability in incident response, troubleshooting, and triage
- ✅ Passion for modernization and high-impact database projects
