As part of the Data and Analytics team you will design, build, and operate resilient systems that power applications across multiple cloud platforms. As a Manager you will oversee DevOps practices, mentor junior engineers, and maintain the implementation of quality practices in container orchestration and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement resilient, scalable infrastructure to support GenAI and LLM-powered applications in production, ensuring cloud-native best practices and scalability.
- Lead the end-to-end development and automation of CI/CD pipelines across multi-cloud environments using tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
- Architect and govern Kubernetes-based container orchestration strategies across multi-cloud platforms, leveraging Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform.
- Drive observability by implementing comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems across AI pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
- Define and enforce architecture standards for messaging and event-driven systems using Azure Service Bus, AWS SQS, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
- Maintain hands-on expertise across at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure mandatory, or GCP), including their native AI/GenAI services and LLMOps tools such as MLflow and LangSmith.
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams, fostering high performance, career growth, and aligning team culture with organizational goals.
- Maintain strong knowledge of coding tools, DevOps tooling, version control, and code quality/security tools to ensure project lifecycle standards and pipeline quality.
What You Must Have

- 8+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
