We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking
AWS + Generative AI + DevOps Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI-powered applications. This role requires a strong blend of cloud architecture expertise, hands-on DevOps leadership, and deep knowledge of Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain.
As a key technology leader, you will drive innovation by leveraging AWS services and modern AI capabilities to build scalable, secure, and intelligent systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and product to deliver robust AI-driven solutions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Design and implement scalable solutions using Generative AI (GenAI) technologies and frameworks like LangChain.
- Build and manage AI pipelines integrating LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and APIs.
- Drive DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipeline design, infrastructure as code (IaC), monitoring, and automation.
- Manage and optimize AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, and CloudFormation/Terraform.
- Collaborate with data scientists to productionize machine learning and GenAI models.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, security, and cost optimization across environments.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Implement observability tools and practices for logging, monitoring, and alerting.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in Generative AI, cloud technologies, and DevOps methodologies.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform and its core services.
- Proven expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), including working with large language models (LLMs).
- Practical experience with LangChain for building AI-powered applications and workflows.
- Deep understanding of AWS DevOps practices, including CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CodePipeline).
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or other relevant languages.
- Knowledge of vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI model evaluation techniques.
- Solid understanding of security, compliance, and cloud governance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in deploying and managing LLM-based applications at scale.
- Exposure to MLOps and AI lifecycle management.
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
- Experience with data pipelines and big data tools is advantageous.
