Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer (with AI/GenAI Skills)
Location: Roseland, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with AI/GenAI exposure to help accelerate AI capabilities within DevOps processes. This role requires a hands-on engineer who can work on CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and Kubernetes, while also exploring and integrating AI-driven solutions into development and deployment workflows.
The ideal candidate should have a curious and innovative mindset, with the ability to bring ideas on how to improve systems using AI tools, agents, and modern engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Groovy
- Manage and deploy infrastructure using Terraform and AWS
- Work with Kubernetes to deploy and manage applications in production
- Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into DevOps workflows (CI/CD, testing, deployment)
- Develop and experiment with AI agents, MCPs, and automation solutions
- Support Git-based workflows and modern DevOps practices
- Implement GitOps tools like ArgoCD or Flux
- Improve deployment strategies using feature flags and progressive delivery
- Collaborate with teams to enhance developer platforms and automation
- Identify and mitigate AI-related risks such as data leakage, bias, and hallucinations
Required Skills:
DevOps & Cloud:
- Strong experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Groovy scripting
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (production environment)
- Experience with AWS cloud services
- Familiarity with Git, GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux)
- Understanding of modern DevOps and deployment strategies
AI / GenAI Exposure:
- Experience or strong interest in Generative AI (LLMs, agents, copilots)
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering and context design
- Exposure to agent-based architectures and AI integrations
- Experience integrating AI into CI/CD or automation workflows
