A leading retail company is seeking a DevSecOps Lead to spearhead information security initiatives and embed security throughout our development and DevOps processes.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage DevSecOps processes across the organization
- Work closely with development, security, and infrastructure teams to seamlessly integrate security into the SDLC
- Perform security assessments and risk evaluations to identify system and application vulnerabilities
- Design, implement, and maintain information security policies and procedures
- Analyze security incidents, produce reports, and drive remediation and improvement plans
- Continuously enhance automation and CI/CD pipelines and configuration management tools
- Train and mentor teams on information security best practices and secure development principles
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps methodologies
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab
- Experience with container technologies: Docker, Kubernetes
- In-depth knowledge of information security protocols and technologies (SSL, TLS, VPN)
- Experience working with cloud providers (AWS, Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high-level system-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
