Job Title – CI/CD DevOps
Job Location – Melbourne & Sydney – Open for both locations
Employment Type – Contract
Requirement – We are looking for a strategic person who have platform management and rollout experience.
Work Authorization: Applicants must have valid working/unlimited working rights in Australia. (Visa sponsorship or transfer is not available for this role)
Core Responsibilities & Technical Skills:
- ServiceNow CI/CD Architect Expertise: Implementing end-to-end DevOps for ServiceNow apps, moving beyond Update Sets to Scoped Applications.
- Source Control & Versioning (GitHub, Confluence): Managing Git branching strategies, pulling code, and documenting pipelines in Confluence.
- Pipeline Automation (Jenkins, Docker): Building Jenkins pipelines that run ATF, manage ART (Artifacts), and use Docker containers for build agents.
- Integration & Monitoring (NewRelic, Vectr, Jira): Tracking deployment metrics with NewRelic, ensuring security compliance with Vectr, and managing tasks/backlogs via Jira.
- API & Scripting: Leveraging ServiceNow CI/CD APIs to connect third-party tools.
