About The Job
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer. This is a full-time permanent position.
What You Will Do
- Cloud Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure across AWS and Alibaba Cloud.
- CI/CD Engineering: Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins to enable fast and reliable delivery.
- Infrastructure as Code: Design and implement IaC solutions using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Automation: Drive automation across build, deployment, monitoring, and incident response workflows.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, security, and platform teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Observability: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Reliability Engineering: Improve system reliability through performance tuning, capacity planning, and incident management.
- DevOps Best Practices: Promote CI/CD, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across teams.
- Governance & Standards: Establish security, compliance, and environment consistency standards.
- Innovation: Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to enhance platform efficiency and developer experience.
- Reporting: Share platform performance and reliability metrics with stakeholders.
What We Seek In You
- 2–4 years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Alibaba Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins).
- Experience with configuration management and automation tools (Ansible).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Good understanding of networking, cloud architecture, and security best practices.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Hands-on experience with Git and distributed version control systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Experience (Desirable)
- Experience working in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience in cloud cost optimization and governance.
- Exposure to security and compliance frameworks in cloud environments.
- Experience with blue-green deployments, canary releases, and progressive delivery.
- Familiarity with microservices and service mesh architectures.
- Experience supporting globally distributed systems.
Education
- B.E / M.E in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
