Job Summary
The GitHub Enterprise CICD Expert will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, administration, and optimization of GitHub Enterprise within our organization. This role requires deep technical expertise in GitHub Enterprise, including its configuration, integration, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will also have strong leadership skills to guide best practices and promote efficient use across teams.
Key Responsibilities

- **Pipeline Development and Management:**
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines with other tools and systems (e.g., testing frameworks, deployment tools).
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
- AI Skills**
- Must have hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions.
- Strong knowledge of autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and task orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAI functions).
- Proven ability to build AI agents that can plan, reason, and act with minimal human input.
- Experience integrating AI agents with real-world systems, APIs, or knowledge bases.
- **Optimization and Monitoring:**
- Continuously improve and optimize CI/CD pipelines for performance and reliability.
- Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Implement best practices for version control, branching strategies, and code reviews.
- **Collaboration and Support:**
- Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on CI/CD practices.
- Create documentation for CI/CD processes and best practices.
- Support the initiatives of KPI improvment and DevSecOps Metrics (Change failure rate, regression testing, escape defects etc)
- **Security and Compliance:**
- Implement and enforce security best practices within CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments of CI/CD processes.
- **Collaboration and Leadership:**
- Collaborate with development, operations, and IT teams.
- Advocate for best practices in version control and collaboration.
- Lead initiatives to improve the overall GitHub Enterprise environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of technical experience in IT
Proven experience in managing GitHub Enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- candidate should have hands-on experience on AI solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., GitHub Certified Administrator) are a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other version control systems and tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell scripting).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
