Roles & Responsibilities
• Architect, design, and lead implementation of robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, and other automation tools.
• Develop enterprise-grade automated testing frameworks to ensure reliable, high-quality deployments.
• Mentor and lead DevOps teams, fostering a culture of automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across development, QA, and operations to optimize software delivery processes.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure challenges and drive root-cause resolutions across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Establish and enforce best practices for security, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Implement and manage proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Drive cloud cost optimization strategies without compromising on performance or reliability.
Job Requirements
Technical Skills • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP — with proven experience in large-scale enterprise deployments.
• Infrastructure as Code: Expert in Terraform.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (production-grade clusters). • CI/CD
Tools: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps — including pipeline governance and security.
• Scripting: Advanced Python and Bash for automation and tooling.
• Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
• Configuration Management: Ansible. • Networking: VPC, VPN, DNS, Load Balancers — design and troubleshooting.
• Databases: SQL/NoSQL — scaling, replication, disaster recovery.
Soft Skills
• Leadership: 10+ years in IT with at least 5 years in senior DevOps leadership.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities for mission-critical systems.
• Collaboration: Proven cross-functional leadership with product, engineering, and operations teams.
• Project Management: Expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery at scale.
• Documentation: Ability to produce detailed architecture diagrams, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Adaptability: Continuous learning and keeping ahead of emerging DevOps tools and practices. Experience • 10+ years in IT, with deep hands-on expertise in DevOps practices and multi-cloud deployments.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation projects involving automation, modernization, and migration.
• Proven track record of building and scaling DevOps teams.
• Experience in high availability, disaster recovery planning, and cost optimization at enterprise scale. Education:
• UG: B.Tech/B.E., BCA, or B.Sc in any specialization • PG: Preferred but not mandatory
