Our client is looking for a results-driven Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer with 1–4 years of experience to own release infrastructure and DevOps pipelines. You will be a hands-on engineer with a strong background in infrastructure, CI/CD, and release engineering, and strong proficiency in Python.
This is a critical role at a high-growth, profitable startup, where you will ensure secure and reliable software releases to large enterprise customers such as Adobe, NASA, and Nvidia.
Key Responsibilities
- Own secure and regular software releases, including 2 nightly releases and 1 stable release per week
- Manage and improve release infrastructure, including Helm, Terraform, and CI/CD systems
- Architect and implement a secure end-to-end release process from code commit to production artifact
- Investigate test failures and identify real regressions vs flaky tests
- Improve reliability and stability of the release pipeline
- Write Python scripts to fix test issues, enhance release reliability, and improve developer workflows
Required Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering
- Experience working in high-growth, scaled startups (Series C–E preferred)
- Deep experience with CI/CD systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP)

- Strong proficiency in Python for infrastructure and automation
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments
- Comfortable working in a 6 days/week onsite environment in San Francisco

- Founding engineer or early infrastructure team experience
- Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
