Senior DevOps Engineer
Chicago, IL (Hybrid — Tue–Thu onsite)
About Attune
Attune is a Chicago-based healthcare voice AI company building intelligent, compliant automation that helps healthcare organizations better engage patients and members at scale. Our platform powers critical outreach and communication workflows — from health risk assessments and scheduling to reminders, follow-up, and other moments that require clarity, trust, and responsiveness.
We believe technology should make care easier to access and easier to navigate. Our work is grounded in empathy, reliability, and responsible innovation, helping healthcare organizations improve outcomes while reducing operational burden.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and scale the infrastructure that powers Attune’s platform. You will play a key role in ensuring our systems are reliable, secure, and efficient, while enabling engineering teams to ship quickly and confidently.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in cloud-native environments, enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, and is motivated by building the foundation for high-trust, high-availability software in healthcare. You’ll partner closely with engineering to improve deployment workflows, strengthen observability, and mature our infrastructure and platform practices over time.
This is a hybrid role based in our West Loop Chicago office, with in-office expectations Tuesday through Thursday.
What Sets This Role Apart
At Attune, infrastructure is not just about uptime — it is foundational to delivering dependable, secure experiences in healthcare. You’ll help architect and operate the systems behind real-time AI-driven communication workflows, build automation that improves speed and consistency, and strengthen the reliability of a platform that directly supports better patient and member experiences.
This role offers meaningful ownership and cross-functional impact. You’ll help shape our cloud infrastructure strategy, improve developer enablement, and contribute to the operational maturity of a growing healthcare technology company.
