Role Overview:
The goal of the SLS Infrastructure Automation team is to automate the delivery of services, to improve efficiency, reduce costs and errors and shorten delivery times. The team utilizes CI/CD pipelines, scripting and other automation techniques to deliver this goal.
In your role, you will report to the Automation Team Lead and cooperate with the Cloud and Network teams. You will be involved in all stages of the automation process: from defining technical designs, over implementation and documentation, to acceptance testing and maintenance.
You are a skilled DevOps engineer, with experience on CI/CD (GitHub, Terraform), scripting (Python & PowerShell) and proficient on one or more cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
You’ll be part of a skilled DevOps team where you will work on challenging assignments and where continuous learning is encouraged to keep up with fast evolving technologies. A hands-on, problem solving mindset with focus for quality and details is key for this job.

PROFILE
Academic background & Experience
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the DevOps domain
- Demonstrated success in performing similar DevOps roles within large and complex organizations
- Proven experience in operating the referenced technologies and cloud platforms, in a professional role
- Experience working with global vendors and service providers
