We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).
Job Description:
Job Title: DevOps Engineer (AWS) with 10 + Years of Experiance
Location: Tempe, Arizona / Atlanta, Georgia (Preferred – Onsite/Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Day to Day Job Duties (What this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
Design, develop, and maintain scalable DevOps solutions on AWS cloud platforms.
Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab, ensuring efficient and reliable deployments.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
Configure, monitor, and optimize application environments for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, infrastructure, product) to support application delivery and operations.
Lead troubleshooting efforts across application, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines.
Implement and manage DevOps toolchains, including CI/CD, monitoring, and automation frameworks.
Ensure system reliability and performance through proactive monitoring and continuous improvements.
Drive adoption of cloud best practices, DevOps methodologies, and Agile processes across teams.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members and guide broader engineering teams.
Maintain documentation and workflows using tools such as Confluence and Jira.
Support production environments and ensure high availability and incident resolution.
Basic Qualifications (Required skills and minimum experience)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, etc.).
Proven experience in
Expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred).
Strong experience with version control systems (Git).
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Experience in automation, scripting, and infrastructure provisioning.
Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
Experience supporting production systems and resolving complex issues.
Travel
Minimal travel expected.
Degree
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Nice to Have (But Not a Must)
Experience leading or mentoring small engineering teams.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
Exposure to multi-cloud environments.
Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments.
