Role: DevOps Lead

Location: Kochi / Bangalore

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Skills Required

Strong Linux administration (CentOS, Ubuntu, RHEL)
DevOps tools: Bitbucket, Bamboo, Nexus
Monitoring tools: Scalyr, New Relic
AWS Cloud with strong focus on EKS
Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
Blue-Green deployments
CI/CD pipeline design & automation
Scripting: Python (preferred)
High Availability & Fault Tolerant architectures
ITSM tools: ServiceNow, Jira

Responsibilities

Lead DevOps teams for planning, design, delivery, and support
Build scalable CI/CD and automated deployment systems
Manage AWS EKS ecosystem and cloud infrastructure
Implement IaC using Terraform
Drive PoCs aligned to business strategy
Maintain technical documentation, procedures, configurations
Participate in architecture/design discussions
Ensure production, QA, and Dev environment stability

Preferred

AWS/Cloud certifications
Strong understanding of operations, incidents, change management
Architectural knowledge of IaaS cloud services
