SENIOR DEVOPS ENGINEER
(Full Time, Salary, Exempt)

In addition to the posted base salary range, this role includes eligibility for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Total compensation will be determined based on the individual's qualifications, including education and relevant industry and work experience.

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who has a solid foundation in cloud and automation and is excited to keep growing. If you enjoy understanding how systems work under the hood and want a role where you can continually expand your knowledge, this is a great place to do it.
You’ll be exposed to a broad range of cloud technologies and tooling. We encourage curiosity, continuous learning, and practical hands-on exploration as part of everyday work.
Key Responsibilities:
- CI/CD Support & Pipeline Operations - Own, support and maintain our deployment pipelines, ensuring builds and releases run reliably across environments.
- Infrastructure Automation - Assist with Infrastructure-as-Code efforts and contribute to ongoing automation improvements using tools such as AWS CDK.
- Cloud Environment Support - Work with core AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda) to keep our environments dependable and well structured.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting - Use CloudWatch or Datadog to monitor system health, investigate issues, and help identify recurring problems.
- Developer Collaboration - Partner with developers to troubleshoot environmental issues and improve deployment workflows.
- Documentation & Process Improvements - Update runbooks, capture deployment steps, and contribute ideas to simplify and strengthen our operational processes.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent years of education and experience required.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations, or a related engineering field
- Working knowledge of AWS fundamentals (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda)
- Ability to automate tasks with Bash, Python, or PowerShell
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD concepts
- Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to understand how systems behave
- A collaborative, supportive mindset geared toward helping developers and teammates succeed
- Preferred:
- Exposure to AWS CDK or other Infrastructure as Code approaches
- Basic Docker/containerization familiarity
- Experience with Datadog dashboards or CloudWatch log insights
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (VPCs, subnets, routing)
- Experience participating in Agile ceremonies
- Interest in security best practices or cloud native security tools
- Experience improving developer workflows or internal tooling
