Overview
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Architect to design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will lead DevOps strategy, drive automation, and ensure seamless collaboration between development, operations, and security teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end DevOps architecture for cloud and on-prem environments
- Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines for faster, reliable software delivery
- Lead adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Architect scalable and resilient systems on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, ELK, Grafana)
- Ensure security best practices (DevSecOps) are embedded into pipelines and infrastructure
- Optimize system performance, cost, and reliability
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes
- Mentor DevOps engineers and guide best practices
- Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Go)
- Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
- Knowledge of networking, security, and system architecture
- Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Kubernetes certifications)
- Experience with DevSecOps practices
- Exposure to SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) principles
