About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Azure DevOps & GCP Cloud Architect to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in DevOps engineering, container orchestration, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines, with hands-on experience across Azure Devops, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)This role requires deep collaboration with development, QA, security, and operations teams to drive automation, reliability, and continuous delivery of enterprise-grade applications.

What You'll Do:
- Design and architect cloud-native, microservices-based solutions with a focus on scalability, availability, and performance.
- Expertise in GCP, Kubernetes, and Helm?based production deployments, upgrades, database migrations, and backup/recovery.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Services, GitHub, and related tooling.
- Implement pipeline strategies for multi-environment deployments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod).
- Enforce DevOps best practices including infrastructure as code (IaC) and automated quality gates.
- Ensure architecture adheres to security, compliance, and cost-optimization best practices.
- Architect and manage containerized workloads using: Docker, Docker Compose, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, AKS, GKE
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes applications using Helm charts.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters using platforms such as Rancher.
- Optimize container images, cluster performance, and deployment strategies.
- Design and integrate asynchronous messaging solutions using RabbitMQ.
- Work closely with developers using Visual Studio, VS Code, and GitHub across the SDL.
- Hands-on expertise in PostgreSQL performance tuning, backup/recovery, and cloud-native deployments.
- Implement CI/CD with NuGet-based package management and automated unit testing using NUnit and NSubstitute.
- Implement full-stack observability using Prometheus and Grafana, defining alerts, SLA/SLOs, and supporting production reliability and performance tuning.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Design, create, and maintain Helm charts for third-party applications.
- Manage and optimize lab deployments for testing and validation.
- Oversee and improve CI/CD pipeline management, ensuring reliable and repeatable delivery.
- Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD for automated deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform reliability and scalability.
- Contribute to automation initiatives to streamline deployment and operational processes.
