We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who wants to be part of Tieto Tech Consulting. You will be part of a highly collaborative engineering team supporting a banking platform built on Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Snowflake. The team focuses on CI/CD operations, cloud integrations, infrastructure automation, release management, and platform observability to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise solutions.
When joining Tieto Tech Consulting as a DevOps Engineer
- You join a skilled team of DevOps engineers, integration specialists, cloud engineers, and platform architects where you learn new things with your colleagues
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines for Salesforce and MuleSoft deployments
- Manage Salesforce deployments using SFDX and metadata deployment strategies
- Support MuleSoft API deployments across Experience, Process, and System API layers
- Implement and maintain branching strategies and release workflows across Dev, UAT, and Production environments
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation scripts
- Ensure infrastructure scalability, availability, and reliability
- Configure and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerts using Datadog
- Monitor API performance, CI/CD pipeline health, infrastructure metrics, and application logs
- Support environment management, release coordination, rollbacks, and incident resolution
- Collaborate with Snowflake and DBT teams for data pipeline validation and monitoring
- Maintain technical documentation in Confluence and track tasks/incidents in Jira
- Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Who We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud platform engineering
- Strong experience with Bitbucket Pipelines or similar CI/CD tools
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment processes using SFDX
- Experience supporting MuleSoft API deployment and integrations
- Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and automation practices
- Strong scripting skills using Bash, Python, or similar languages
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog
- Knowledge of release management, environment management, and deployment strategies
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with Snowflake, DBT, or cloud data platforms is an advantage
- Understanding of secure integrations and enterprise application support
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing

We also believe you have
- Exposure to banking or financial services projects
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of API security, secrets management, and compliance practices
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence
- Certification in DevOps, Salesforce, MuleSoft, or cloud technologies is beneficial
