- Manage and orchestrate containerized workloads using Kubernetes, ensuring reliable scaling and deployment.
- Monitor system health, set up alerting frameworks, and proactively resolve infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to embed DevOps best practices across the software development lifecycle.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Maintain robust security and compliance standards across cloud environments.
- Manage version control workflows and support branching strategies in Git-based repositories.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/master's in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 6+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles, including large-scale automation and modern infrastructure management.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Container Registry, and Azure Monitor.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes for container orchestration and Docker for containerisation.
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Hands-on with CI/CD tools - Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Proficiency in scripting languages - Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Solid understanding of version control workflows using Git.
- Working knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Azure Monitor).
Nice to Have:
- Certification in Azure (e.g., AZ-400: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) or other cloud platforms
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices
Cross-Functional Skills:
- Strong problem-solving ability and quickly identifying and resolving system bottlenecks or failures
- Clear communication skills to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Team-oriented mindset that fosters collaboration between development and operations

- Work on real-world, production-grade systems with modern cloud-native technologies
- Be part of a team that values engineering excellence and continuous learning
- Opportunity to grow into senior DevOps or cloud architecture roles
- Competitive compensation aligned with industry standards
- Collaborative culture with a flat, innovation-driven work environment
