Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and manage both DevOps and Network teams, ensuring high performance, availability, and reliability of systems and infrastructure
- Oversee day-to-day operations across platform, cloud, and infrastructure environments, ensuring optimal uptime and service delivery
- Provide technical leadership across DevOps, Linux systems, and storage infrastructure, guiding teams on best practices and architecture decisions
- Ensure operational excellence through monitoring, incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as the key escalation point for critical incidents, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication
- Drive automation, CI/CD practices, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and business teams to align infrastructure capabilities with business needs
- Maintain and enforce security, compliance, and governance standards across systems and networks
- Be part of a 24x7 standby/on-call rotation, including weekends and public holidays, to support critical operations
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in a people leadership role, managing both technical and functional teams
- Strong technical foundation in:
- DevOps / platform engineering environments
- Linux systems administration
- Storage and infrastructure systems
- Basic to intermediate network concepts (routing, switching, firewalls, etc.)
- Ability to balance hands-on technical depth with leadership responsibilities
- Experience managing production environments with high availability and uptime requirements
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern DevOps toolchains is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate under pressure in critical situations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
