Overview
Seeking a hands-on DevOps / Platform Engineer with strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and Amazon EKS. The ideal candidate should understand Kubernetes internals, EKS permissioning, secrets management, and real-world cluster troubleshooting in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot AWS EKS environments
- Implement EKS IAM/IRSA permissioning models
- Handle Kubernetes secrets management
- Diagnose cluster, networking, and pod-level issues
- Support scalable cloud-native infrastructure initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong AWS + Kubernetes/EKS experience
- Deep understanding of kubectl workflows and Kubernetes internals
- Hands-on EKS troubleshooting experience
- Experience with IAM, IRSA, RBAC, and secrets management
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Builder mentality with hands-on implementation experience
Nice to Have
- Terraform, Helm, or Infrastructure-as-Code
- Bash/Python scripting
- Experience with distributed systems and large-scale production environments
