Senior Technical Scrum Master – Cloud & Microservices Delivery

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for cloud‑based product teams. The role requires strong facilitation of Scrum practices, predictable sprint execution, and collaboration across engineering, QA, DevOps, product, and architecture teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Agile facilitation: Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Cloud delivery: Partner with Architects and DevOps to deliver Azure‑based microservices.
- CI/CD pipelines: Ensure pipeline readiness, release governance, and smooth deployments.
- Risk management: Identify technical debt, architectural risks, and delivery constraints.
- Metrics tracking: Monitor velocity, cycle time, and burndown charts for continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Maintain traceability and audit readiness in regulated environments.
- Mentorship: Guide junior Scrum Masters and foster Agile maturity.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years as Scrum Master in cloud delivery.
- Proven experience delivering microservices‑based platforms.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure fundamentals.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).
- Exposure to event‑driven architecture patterns.
- Scrum certification (CSM / PSM mandatory; SAFe optional).
- Preferred: Experience in Pharma / Life Sciences or other regulated domains.
