Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own engineering strategy and delivery for .NET and .NET Core applications, aligning architecture decisions to transformation goals.
- Lead DevOps practices including CI/CD, release management, and operational readiness for Azure-hosted services.
- Drive modernization initiatives (including cloud-native enablement) and ensure measurable improvements in scalability and performance.
- Oversee application engineering execution across teams, ensuring engineering standards, code quality, and maintainable delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute transformation roadmaps, including adoption of Modernizr where applicable.
Skills Required:
- 13 - 18 years of relevant engineering leadership experience
- Azure (cloud-native delivery and operations)
- DevOps (CI/CD and deployment practices)
- .NET and .net core (backend/service development and modernization)
- Transformation and application engineering leadership
Good to Have:
- AI / Artificial intelligence exposure
Education: B.Tech or B.E. in Software Engineering
