Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced CI/CD Engineer with strong expertise in Temenos T24 deployments, OpenShift, and DevOps practices. The candidate will be responsible for automating and managing end-to-end deployment processes of T24 applications, ensuring smooth releases across environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Temenos T24 applications.
- Manage T24 environment builds, releases, and deployments across DEV, SIT, UAT, and PROD.
- Deploy and manage T24 applications on OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms.
- Automate T24 deployment activities, including TAFJ/TAFC builds, packaging, and releases.
- Coordinate with Temenos, bank teams, and internal stakeholders for deployment activities.
- Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues across environments.
- Ensure release version control, rollback strategies, and deployment governance.
- Maintain deployment documentation, runbooks, and KT materials.
- Support production releases and post-go-live stabilization.
- Experience: 5 years plus
Technical Skills Required
Core Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in CI/CD tools:
- Jenkins / GitLab CI / Azure DevOps
- Experience in OpenShift (mandatory) and Kubernetes deployments
- Strong experience in Temenos T24 deployment
- TAFJ / TAFC environments
- T24 release management and patch deployment
- Understanding of JBASE / Java-based T24 architecture
DevOps & Tools
- Containerization: Docker / Podman
- Build tools: Maven / Gradle
- Version control: Git
- Scripting: Shell / Python
- CI/CD pipeline automation and optimization
Infrastructure & Middleware
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments
- Knowledge of WebSphere / JBoss / Tomcat (for T24 hosting in TAFJ)
- Experience with API deployments and integrations
Preferred Skills
- Experience in banking domain, especially with core banking systems
- Exposure to Temenos Infinity / Digital Banking platforms
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
Soft Skills
- Strong coordination skills with multiple teams (Bank, Temenos, Dev, Infra)
- Ability to work in release-critical and time-sensitive environments
- Good communication and documentation skills
Nice To Have
- Experience in Temenos upgrade projects
- Certification in OpenShift/Kubernetes/DevOps
- Experience handling production support and incidents
