About Position:
We are looking for an experienced AWS DevOps Lead / Migration Lead with strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), and CI/CD pipelines. The role involves driving cloud infrastructure design, automation, and migration (on-prem to AWS) while ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to architecture decisions, cloud transformation initiatives, and stable production environments.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and support AWS cloud environments and migration initiatives
- Design and manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, ALB/NLB, Auto Scaling)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub / GitLab / Azure DevOps)
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform / CloudFormation
- Work on application and infrastructure migration to AWS (on-prem → cloud)
- Ensure monitoring, alerting, and production stability using CloudWatch
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and security teams
- Contribute to architecture discussion and technical design decisions
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong hands-on experience in AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Load Balancers, etc.)
- Strong experience in Terraform / CloudFormation (IaaC)
- Experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- Experience in AWS migration projects (application or infrastructure migration)
- Good understanding of Docker and Kubernetes (ECS/EKS preferred)
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and production support (CloudWatch)
- Understanding of architecture design and system design principles
- Strong Git and branching strategy knowledge
- Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills
- Experience working in Agile / DevOps environment
- Bachelors degree in engineering (Computer Science / IT or related field)
