Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud-based application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud and traditional infrastructure components. The role includes testing and deploying these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. This position also involves creating architectural proofs to validate the feasibility and robustness of the proposed cloud environments, ensuring that the infrastructure and platform setups are reliable and scalable to support organizational needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new cloud technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align cloud platform strategies with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Operations.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure design principles and best practices.
- Experience in deploying and managing scalable cloud environments.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and performance optimization in cloud platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex cloud integration issues and provide effective solutions.
