Role: Mid-Senior DevOps Engineer
Location: Gurugram, India

Job Summary
We are looking for a Mid-Senior DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in production environments and deep expertise in Azure cloud platforms. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in CI/CD automation, infrastructure management, containerization, and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for production deployments.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure in Azure environments.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance of production systems.
- Monitor infrastructure and applications using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or Splunk.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve deployment and release processes.
- Implement DevOps best practices for automation, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Maintain operational and infrastructure documentation.
Required Skills
- Min 8 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE roles.
- Strong production support and deployment experience in
- Microsoft Azure
- Strong expertise in:
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
- Linux administration and Shell/Python scripting
- Git and version control systems
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Datadog, or Splunk.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, scalability, and distributed systems.
- Must have hands-on experience managing and supporting production environments.
Good to Have
- Exposure to and hands-on use of AI for efficiency of DevOps tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications are a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
