🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Redis, Kafka, and Elasticsearch administration.
- Strong understanding of on-premises and private cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools, including Grafana.
- Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong Linux administration, shell scripting, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and environment provisioning.
- Solid understanding of application deployment architecture, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues across infrastructure and application layers.
- Experience with performance tuning, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide teams on DevOps best practices.
📋Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end DevOps and Platform Engineering initiatives across development, staging, and production environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage and optimize containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Oversee deployment, scaling, reliability, and operational excellence in on-prem/private cloud environments.
- Configure and maintain platform services such as Redis, Kafka, and Elasticsearch.
- Ensure platform availability, performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on release management, environment setup, and production readiness.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Grafana and related observability tools.
- Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
